The site is situated right in the heart of the Beautiful Whitlingham Country Park, just 2.5 miles from the historic Norwich city centre, on the edge of the world famous Norfolk Broads. Within minutes’ walk from your tent, you can hire a canoe, take a beautiful countryside walk, have a picnic or a pub lunch. If it starts to rain there's no need to stop play, why not venture into the world of indoors and bright lights and check out the delights of Norwich. Cafes, cinemas, shops, museums, theatres and more all await and when you've exhausted that lot why not try a quick tour of some of Norwich's Churches and pubs? It is said that the city had a church for every week of the year and a pub for every day - perfect for rainy day exploring!
Or, if you want to stay in and enjoy the sound of rain make sure you swing by reception and pick up a board game from our selection to borrow, or if you are staying in a Shepherds hut, railway carriage or yurt why not just close up those doors, stoke up the stove and cosy down with a good book?
